By accessing this website, purchasing any product, joining a membership, or participating in a program, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this website or our services.

2. Use of This Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute content without permission

• Share members-only or paid content publicly

• Interfere with the website’s operation

• Use the website for fraudulent or harmful purposes

We reserve the right to refuse access or terminate accounts at our discretion.

3. Products & Services

We offer a range of digital and experiential offerings including:

• Membership programs

• Live or virtual events, workshops, and retreats

• 1:1 coaching or mentorship

We may update, modify, or discontinue offerings at any time.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

We use third-party payment processors including:

• Paystack

• PayFast

By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Provide accurate billing information

• Not charge back or dispute valid payments

• Complete payment plans in full when applicable

Show up for your sessions. It is your responsibility to complete your sessions within the allotted time of the program.

If you do book in time for the stated time of the package, or fail to show up for booked sessions without a valid reason, those sessions still count and cannot be refunded.

Failure to complete a payment plan does not cancel your obligation.

Access to products or services may be paused until payments resume.

REFUND POLICY

Unless otherwise stated on a specific sales page:

5.1 Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, all digital products are non-refundable.

5.2 Memberships

Membership fees are non-refundable.

You may cancel future billing at any time; access continues until the end of the billing cycle.

5.3 Coaching, Mentorship & Consults

Payments for sessions or mentorship are non-refundable, unless services are not delivered from our side for the actual sessions. But I, Kate, and any team members will always aim to give you the best service. We prioritize our clients, we care about our clients, We love making sure you feel cared about too and that you receive quality coaching in line with what we offer.

If we find during working together, that it is not a good fit, and we do not feel we can move forward in the best interest of you, in good faith or the work of therapy falls outside of my scope of what I can help you with, and you need to be referred to an expert, we will do so.

Any remaining sessions you will have the option to be refunded on those.

If you need to reschedule, please provide 24–48 hours’ notice.

5.4 Live Events & Workshops

Refund policies will be clearly stated for each event through sites like Quicket.

If unspecified: tickets are transferable but not refundable.

We will always aim for fairness and to treat our clients with respect and understanding.

If an event is cancelled, you will be refunded.

If the date is moved and you can’t make it, we will also refund you.

If you need to cancel for unforeseen circumstances, we will be open to a refund, and circumstance depending there may be a small admin fee involved.

We want you to come back time and time again as a customer, and feel that you are a part of this movement, so we will always aim to treat you well!

6. Intellectual Property

All content created by Love And Liberty PTY LTD is protected by copyright, including but not limited to:

• Videos

• Audio activations

• Written materials

• Programs

• Course content

• Branding and design elements

• Coaching frameworks

• Digital downloads

You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the content for your own learning.

You may not:

• Reproduce, resell, or redistribute content

• Teach our proprietary materials as your own

• Share access details with others

• Upload content to public platforms

Violations may result in legal action and termination of access with no refund.

7. Coaching & Mentorship Disclaimer

By engaging in coaching or mentorship, you acknowledge:

• We do not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice

• Results vary by individual; no outcomes are guaranteed

• You are responsible for your own decisions and wellbeing

• Coaching is not therapy or medical treatment

• You must seek professional support where appropriate

You agree to take full responsibility for your physical, emotional, mental, and financial decisions during and after sessions.

8. Spiritual, Energetic & Transformational Disclaimer

As we offer energetic, spiritual, and frequency-based content:

• All experiences are subjective

• You remain responsible for your physical and emotional health

• Our work does not replace professional healthcare

• You must use our materials mindfully and at your own discretion

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law:

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services

• We do not guarantee specific results from programs, coaching, or content

• You agree to indemnify us from any claims arising from your use of our products, services, or website

10. Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website, programs, or content if:

• You violate these Terms

• You share login details or distribute paid content

• Payments fail or remain outstanding

• You behave in a disrespectful, abusive, or harmful manner toward our team or community

No refunds will be granted in cases of breach.
