I’d love to share with you about my approach, and personal philosophy towards this beautiful work we get to do together.
This is centered on the 1:1 spaces, and it’s foundational to the group work and spaces, although those add in a lot more creativity, movement, and relational dynamics.
My somatic approach and the methods I weave into the sessions includes..
Repatterning in the body, Shadow Work, Repression Release, Self Expression, Breath, Deep Identity Shifts, Energy Medicine, Closing Old Cycles, Self Image, Beauty & Harmony, The Energetics of Embodiment & Sovereignty, & Mirror Work.
At the heart, this work is a blend of somatic therapy, healing, energy work, body work and feminine embodiment.
Always administered in the gentlest of ways over time.
Always going at the capacity of your nervous system.
Added in, with a good dose of humor and lightness and beauty.
The work always centers around these things:
FEEL - emotions, your bodies architecture and signs, your truth, what the dream/manifestation.
CLEAR - old patterns, energy blockages, looping realities, old identities, limitations
HEAL - the hurt, the memories, the inner wound, inner child
EXPRESS - it through the body, move, your truth, your dreams, your story, enact it out.
EXPAND - capacity to hold more, your light, gifts, the fascia, dreams, desires, creativity, sensuality, field of responsibility.
And EDGING…
Because to expand into more of you, means being taken to your edge.
And to do that safely for a powerful woman, is holding a container as big as your soul is, so you can explore your edges and mine them for gold, and then come back safely.
So much of this work is around recreating the emotional container within.
Changing the architecture of how you emotionally relate to yourself and all your parts.
Especially as a mystical being, a big challenge is learning to feel safe to fully occupy the size of your light in your body - that includes filling out your voice, your resonance, your gifts.
And learning to love being in the body and being human.
Fully Divine. Fully Human, and that means to you.
I work with the power of love of the Holy Spirit, in Union with God, and I am protected through the presence of Christ.
